Having gotten a new camera, I was eager to stretch it's legs and see what it could do. One of my favorite ways to experiment is to play with shutter speeds. I've always been fascinated by the movement of water and when I can capture a scene like this I'm always thrilled. The conditions have to be perfect and it's not something that's doable on just any day. To date, I regard this as one of my most striking photographs.
